The story

I learned to adjust live in the ring.

I'm based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and I've trained people for 17 years. AI is the newest thing I teach.

In my early twenties I was an independent pro wrestler, doing something I'd dreamed about since I was a kid. It's improv meets acting meets stuntman. You go in with a plan, it goes sideways, and you adjust live without anyone getting hurt.

AI at work feels the same to me. It can do a lot of the prep, and a person still has to watch the match and make the call. That's why I teach business owners, entrepreneurs and experienced professionals to use AI in plain English, with people staying in charge.
